Your event does not have to fit a short menu

A ready-made online menu can be convenient when its scents and vessel sizes already match what you want. But if they do not, you may find yourself choosing the closest option rather than the right one. Working directly with a manufacturer opens up a different conversation: what are you celebrating, what should the gift look like, and how do you want it to feel?

We bring a wide variety of fragrances and glass vessels to that conversation. Instead of starting and ending with a handful of preset combinations, we help you explore choices that suit your event, guest list and budget. Available vessels, finishes and fragrances are confirmed with your quote; not every option carries the same minimum or price.

Choose a fragrance with your guests in mind

Fragrance is part of the gift, not an afterthought. You might want something fresh and understated for a coastal wedding, a warmer direction for an autumn celebration, or a scent that complements your brand for client appreciation. Those are starting points for a discussion, not a fixed event catalog.

At the 50-unit level, you choose from our existing fragrance library. That gives you variety without starting a new fragrance-development project. Creating an exclusive new scent is a separate service with a higher minimum — it is not included in a 50-unit event run.

Let the glass vessel be part of the design

Vessel color, size and finish change the entire presentation. A muted glass vessel might complement a soft table setting; a richer color might carry your event palette or brand identity. The right choice can feel considered before a guest even reads the label.

The photos above show examples from our studio, not a promise that every vessel is currently available at the starting price. Custom vessels outside the library carry higher minimums; custom boxes are also available at higher minimums.

A low minimum should leave room for a personal gift

A 50-unit starting point matters when your guest list is smaller, when you are gifting to a select group of clients, or when you simply do not need hundreds of extra candles. It is a minimum, not a ceiling: a wedding for 300 guests can still benefit from the same choice-led approach.

We will confirm how your selected fragrance, vessel and quantity fit the order. If you want multiple scents or vessel styles, ask us to price that plan specifically rather than assuming the minimum can be split across combinations.

What to share when you request event-gift pricing

• Your expected quantity and budget per unit.
• Your preferred colors, vessel style and fragrance direction.
• Names, a date, a message or brand artwork for the label.
